We desire to be a ministry that honors God andn to be a ministry that partners with parents and students as they begin and continue their journey of faith. We strive to be a ministry that Serves others, Supports each other by loving God and loving others, and Shares the gospel with others.

MISSION STATEMENT:

We are ALIVE to Serve others, Support each other, and Share the gospel with others.

Ephesians 2:4-5 But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us ALIVE together with Christ—by grace you have been saved—

ALIVE Students

ALIVE Students is a place for 6th through 12th grade students to gather on Wednesday nights from 6 to 8.  Our focus is not only for students to attend the service, but to be active in the various gifts they have been given by God.  Ultimately we want to see God glorified in worship, serving, reading of His Word, and even in the fun we have.  We believe, as Paul said, that “God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ."

Dinner is served from 6-6:20pm every Wednesday.

SUNDAY MORNING (alive am)

On Sunday mornings, ALIVE Students join the rest of OBC for a time to study God’s Word. 6th through 12th grade students meet in the ALIVE room from 9:00-10:00am to hang out, eat donuts, and break into grade-based small groups.  This is a perfect time for students to listen intently, ask important questions, and share what God is doing in their lives.
